People buy with their imagination and use features and benefits to justify their thoughts.
The question becomes, how do you trigger someone's imagination?

What a great post. I work with my staff of loan officers and my Realtor Partners every day about selling. This is a great tool, especially for Realtors showing homes. Thanks for sharing this.

Features and bebefits-so important in sales! It has to be considered by people simply because that's what they pay for, right? Makes sense. :-)
